What did we do?

Our client, a leading online retailer, was looking to improve customer retention and reduce churn. Using data analysis, we were able to identify key factors that were driving customers away, such as poor product quality and slow shipping times. We then worked with the client to implement changes to their processes, such as improving product quality control and optimizing their fulfillment network. As a result, the client saw a significant increase in customer retention and a corresponding boost to their bottom line.
